How orders leave the facility, and the controls applied in transit.
Same-day dispatch
Orders confirmed before 2:00pm London time on a business day leave the facility the same day.
After that cut-off, dispatch moves to the next business day.
Cold-chain included
Insulated liners and gel packs are applied automatically based on destination and
season. We do not charge cold-chain handling as a separate upgrade.
Discreet outer packaging
Plain outer packaging with no product description or compound name. The inner carton is
batch-marked and tamper-evident.
Services and transit times
Transit times are counted in business days from dispatch, not from order
placement. Tracking is issued by email at dispatch on every service.

Handling, tracking and returns
How material is packed
Lyophilised vials are sealed with a tamper-evident crimp cap and batch label, placed in a rigid inner carton with protective insert, then packed into plain outer packaging. Where cold-chain is applied, the inner carton sits inside an insulated liner with conditioned gel packs sized to the transit time.
Nothing on the exterior identifies the contents, the compound or the nature of the shipment.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are emailed at dispatch. If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf rather than asking you to do it.
We cannot redirect a shipment once it has left the facility, so please check the delivery address carefully before confirming an order.
Temperature excursions in transit
Lyophilised peptides are stable through short ambient excursions, which is why they are supplied in that form. A shipment that arrives warm is not automatically compromised, and the cake will normally be intact.
If you have reason to believe material was exposed to prolonged heat, photograph the vial and packaging on arrival and contact us. We will assess it and replace the material where the evidence supports it.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Photograph the outer packaging and the vial before handling further, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged, compromised or incorrectly picked shipments are replaced or refunded in full, and we cover return shipping where a return is required.
Returns policy
Unopened, undamaged vials in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund less the original shipping cost. Contact us before returning anything so we can issue a return reference.
Opened vials cannot be returned. Reference material integrity depends on storage conditions we cannot verify once a vial has left our custody, and reselling material of unknown provenance is precisely the practice this company exists to avoid. The exception is defective material or a shipment that arrived damaged, which we replace regardless.
International shipments
International orders are assessed individually. Import rules for research chemicals vary substantially between jurisdictions, and the purchaser is responsible for compliance at the destination, including any permits, duties and customs documentation.
